The interior features a “Croissant Gallery” concept, utilizing dark tones and lighting that pays homage to the city’s iconic Black & Gold Identity.

Opafe Bakery also includes croissant-inspired decor and lounge-style seating, as well as claw machines intended to add an element of fun to the cafe visit.
“Opafe is about creating more than a place to grab a coffee or pastry,” Qian said. “We want every detail, from the food and drinks to the design and playful elements, to give guests something truly memorable. The SouthSide Works opening is an exciting next step in bringing that vision to Pittsburgh.”
