The report cited the owner of the eatery for attempting to interfere or intimidate the inspector via phone. According to the report, the owner advised he would communicate with higher health department administrators if "thousands of dollars of food were discarded" despite the walk-in cooler not functioning properly.
The eatery has 10 days to correct the food code violations or the health department could order the place closed.
