Woman Shot & Killed In Pittsburgh Neighborhood
A woman died Tuesday evening after being shot multiple times in a Pittsburgh neighborhood.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Police are investigating following a fatal shooting in the city's Homewood neighborhood on Tuesday evening.
Police were summoned to the 7200 block of Frankstown Avenue around 6:30 p.m. after two ShotSpotter alerts that indicated 20 rounds had been fired.
They found a woman on Forest Way, an alley behind Frankstown Avenue, who had been shot multiple times. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
