• Developers Pull Coventry Mall Data Center Application (delco.today) — A proposal backed in part by Plymouth Meeting-based PennMark Management to convert vacant space at the former Coventry Mall into a data center has been withdrawn, leading North Coventry Township to cancel an October zoning hearing. While the project is shelved, township officials are now drafting a data center ordinance that could shape any future plans involving PennMark or other developers with ties to the Plymouth Meeting area.
