State police say the conduct occurred during the 2024–25 school year, and the defendant is scheduled for arraignment in early May. 
• Teen daughter discovers '40-foot' flames outside Juniata County home in middle of night (local21news.com) — Port Royal residents are recovering after a fast-moving overnight fire destroyed a family’s two-story garage, killed several chickens, and damaged nearby homes and a church on Main Street. Everyone inside the house escaped safely thanks to a teen daughter who woke her family, while investigators now focus on a charging golf cart as a possible cause.
