• Proposed Ordinance for Joining the Municipal Emergency Medical Services Authority of Delaware County (rutledgepa.org) — Rose Valley is set to join neighboring towns in forming a new countywide Municipal Emergency Medical Services Authority that would oversee how ambulance and related EMS services are organized and funded. The draft ordinance and articles of incorporation spell out how service districts, fees, public hearings, and board representation would work, and how Rose Valley could object, withdraw, or see future fee increases handled.
