Reiki Practitioner Certification Training - Level One

This Level One certification is devoted to teaching the basic information about Usui Reiki, the history of Reiki, and the hand positions for treating yourself, your family, friends, pets, nature and the whole world.

You will receive the Usui Reiki Level One attunement. Class includes a clinical portion where you will have the opportunity to practice with other students. This is a hands-on, interactive class.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing art that helps the body to engage its inner resources and promotes balance.

It is a gentle, non-manipulative light touch that can help bring a client into a deep state of relaxation. In this state, levels of cortisol and adrenaline drop and it is easy for the client's body to relax and focus on self-healing.

Who is this for?

This training is open to anyone who is called to offer healing energy to their self, pets, plants, or friends. ! If you have never had reiki before - we highly recommend doing a session first!
