Troopers also detailed a separate DUI case in Knox Borough and an illegal dumping investigation in Barnett Township, asking anyone with information about the trash incident to contact PSP Marienville.
   

• Randall Joseph Nebel (butlerradio.com) — Tionesta residents are mourning the passing of 69-year-old Randall “Randy” Joseph Nebel, who died peacefully on April 12 surrounded by his family. A nature and hunting enthusiast who once lived in Butler, he is survived by two sons, three grandchildren, and extended family across several states. Services were held privately through a Butler funeral home.
