• 2 young girls were severely malnourished. Parents are headed to prison (centredaily.com) — Two parents linked to Union City have pleaded guilty to severely neglecting their young daughters, who were raised only on liquids and required feeding tubes and surgery. The case, investigated by state police in Corry and involving residences in Union City and nearby counties, now moves to sentencing, while the girls remain in foster care awaiting adoption.
