Student groups at all participating high schools for the Bucks County High School Seatbelt Safety Challenge presented by NJM Insurance Group had the opportunity to submit votes to determine the winner.
“This video is powerful, honest, and clearly relatable in that it was voted the winner by high school students,” TMA Bucks Executive Director Stephen J. Noll said. “Hopefully this video serves as a great reminder to drive like every second matters, because it does.”

The winning video was put together by students Gavin Mraz, Brianna Alburger, Angela Chacko, Kyle Mulholland, Alex Boston, Cailyn George, Madion Picozzi, and Tyler Everly, under the direction of Digital Media Production teacher Dina McCaffery.
William Tennent High received a $500 cash grant from TMA Bucks, and the public service announcement will air on Comcast networking in the future.
"We are incredibly proud that our PSA was voted the winner of the TMA Bucks Teen Driver Safety Video PSA Challenge powered by Comcast by students from schools across Bucks County,” McCaffery said. “This recognition makes the award even more meaningful because it came directly from our peers. I'm so proud of my Advanced Media students for their creativity and storytelling to promote such an important message about safe driving.”
Other schools that submitted videos this year were: Bensalem High School, Central Bucks High School South, Conwell-Egan Catholic High School, Council Rock High School North, Neshaminy High School, New Hope-Solebury High School, Palisades High School, Pennsbury High School, and Upper Bucks Technical High School.
As part of the annual Bucks County High School Seatbelt Safety Challenge presented by NJM Insurance all participating high schools had the opportunity to produce and submit a 30-second video PSA on teen driver safety.
Conwell-Egan Catholic was recently recognized for achieving the greatest percentage increase in seatbelt usage while the overall winner of the Seatbelt Challenge will be announced at a later date.
