• SHERIFF'S SALE By Virtue of a Writ of Execution (Mortgage (tiogapublishing.com) — A sheriff’s sale is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the Tioga County Courthouse in Wellsboro, involving a small East River Street property in Elkland. Interested parties and claimants are advised that a distribution schedule will be filed within 30 days after the sale, with proceeds distributed unless timely exceptions are submitted.
