Alongside two other Chester County properties, these listings highlight how the local luxury market is evolving between September 25 and October 5, giving serious buyers a narrow window to prepare.
   

2. $1.35 Million Is Headed to Chester County for Four Key Projects (mychesco.com) — State gaming-revenue grants announced from West Chester will send $1.35 million to Chester County projects, including a major 911 phone system upgrade and safety work at Downingtown's Trestle Bridge. Additional funding will bolster flood-preparedness in several municipalities and expand digital kiosks at heritage tourism sites, all managed by county departments based in West Chester.
   

3. Garces Foundation Rebrands as Comunidad Garces, Bringing Healthcare to Kennett Square (vista.today) — Chester County residents, especially in Kennett Square, now have access to free medical and dental care through Comunidad Garces' new Community Health Days, expanded from Philadelphia. The immigrant-focused nonprofit offers screenings, mammograms, language and digital literacy classes, and case management, aiming to connect vulnerable neighbors with healthcare, housing, jobs, and education support close to home.
   

4. Cheyney, West Chester Join Statewide College Access Push (mychesco.com) — West Chester University is joining a new statewide outreach push that will bring college admissions and financial-aid help directly to high school students, with some bussed to campuses. The initiative, coordinated across all 10 state universities, aims to reduce transportation barriers and expand campus visit opportunities this fall and into spring, especially for Pennsylvania students who might otherwise struggle to explore college options.
