• Deerfield Twp. to take part in regional planning effort (tiogapublishing.com) — Westfield Borough and Westfield Township are joining Deerfield and seven other Tioga County municipalities in a new regional comprehensive plan that will guide land use, growth, and development starting in 2027. The plan’s costs will be shared through grants, county funds, and population-based contributions, while Deerfield supervisors also handled ambulance funding, equipment sales, and set their next meeting for July 7.
