• PA: Westmont Borough Council votes to fully fund local share for CamTran services (masstransitmag.com) — Westmont Borough Council has reversed course and agreed to fully fund its $13,412 local share for CamTran, protecting state-matched money that keeps public transit running through the borough. The 5-1 vote follows months of debate over a decades-old funding formula and comes as Cambria County launches a PennDOT-funded study that could change how municipalities like Westmont are charged in the future.
