Yardley Man Indicted On Child Sexual Exploitation Charges
The federal indictment alleges that the man used the internet to have a minor engage in sexually explicit content.

YARDLEY BOROUGH, PA — A 29-year-old borough man was indicted by a federal grand jury Tuesday on child pornography and solicitation charges.
Charles Dingman, 29, of Yardley, was arrested and charged by federal indictment with using the internet to entice a minor to engage in sexual conduct. He was also charged by the grand jury with the manufacture and possession of child pornography.
The federal indictment alleges that between June and October 2025, Dingman —a former Council Rock School District employee — used the internet to sexually exploit a minor, persuading the child to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a video.

The Yardley resident had briefly been employed part-time as an instructional assistant at Holland Elementary School in the Council Rock School District. He had also served as a substitute teacher and soccer coach in other Bucks school districts, officials said.
Detectives traced the digital activity to Dingman’s home in Yardley. Upon his arrest, Dingman admitted that child sexual abuse material would be found on his cellular device, according to a criminal complaint.
In January, Dingman was arraigned in Bucks County on charges of knowingly photographing or filming a child sex act, possession of child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor, and criminal use of a communication facility.
According to court documents, the state charges were dropped on Tuesday as federal officials took over the prosecution.
