On Monday, May 11 Matt Carcieri will talk about the local law dodgers, smugglers and bounty hunters who tormented the British in our nearby waters. Matt is the historian of the East Greenwich Historic Preservation Society which is sponsoring this program along with the Yacht Club. His talk is free and open to the public. Learn about the nefarious deeds committed in our bay and enjoy a piece of rum cake.
