• ACLU: RI Flock Camera Portals Hide Their Own History (upriseri.com) — Johnston is one of several Rhode Island communities where police use Flock license-plate reader portals that, according to the ACLU, show only current data and hide historical changes. The group argues this makes it hard for residents to track how many cameras exist, how long data is kept, and which agencies can access local information as the state weighs new rules.
