Does your heart race before a presentation? Do your palms sweat at the thought of addressing a room full of colleagues or speaking at a loved one's wedding? Would you like to tell a story or do improv at an open mic?
Public speaking consistently ranks among people's greatest fears. Yet, at some point, we have opportunities, and we want to do well.
Through techniques drawn from actor training, you will learn to shift your focus away from internal anxiety and toward what truly matters: your physical presence, your vocal power, and your ability to tell a compelling story. Acting is not about pretending; it is about being fully present and connected to your audience. These same principles can turn public speaking from a source of dread into an opportunity for genuine connection.
