Another Middletown-based nonprofit, Crisis Intervention Teams of R.I., also received $65,000 to train local police departments, including Middletown's, on responding more safely and effectively to behavioral health crises.

The report compares Middletown's prices with nearby Newport and Tiverton, and sets them against statewide and national trends that still keep fuel costs higher than a year ago.
