• RI Rescuers Find 14-Year-Old Deaf Dog, 5 Days After Going Missing (golocalprov.com) — Two Narragansett residents played key roles in finding a 14-year-old deaf dog that bolted into woods near South Kingstown's recreation center and stayed missing for nearly five days. After coordinated searches by animal control, volunteers, and drone teams, a Narragansett woman followed a hunch into the brush, discovered the tangled, whimpering dog, and helped reunite him safely with his grateful family.
