• New Shoreham Board Sets Nov. 9 Dodge Street Lot Hearing (upriseri.com) — New Shoreham's Planning Board has scheduled a Nov. 9 public hearing on a proposed two-lot subdivision at 32 Dodge Street that would create a much smaller-than-required lot tied to an inn. Board members questioned why a substandard lot is needed, raised parking and survey concerns, and requested more information and advisory opinions before deciding.
