• North Kingstown Post Road Curb Appeal Program: What to Know (upriseri.com) — North Kingstown is launching a Post Road Curb Appeal Program that could soon bring maintenance letters, and possibly code-enforcement actions, to property owners and tenants along the town's main commercial corridor. Officials have begun by clearing town-owned land, but haven't yet detailed specific violations, deadlines, or fines, making it important for corridor businesses and landlords to understand existing state property maintenance and local zoning rules now.
