Providence Man Charged With Intending To Deliver Drugs: Cops

The Providence man was arrested by the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, police said.

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man was charged with intending to deliver drugs, police said.

Luis Escano Reynoso, 21, was arrested about 6 a.m. Thursday by the Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force, the state police said in a media release.

Escano Reynoso was arrested on a warrant out of the Middletown Police Department charging him with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, according to the release.

"Mr. Escano Reynoso was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Middletown Police Department," the release said.
