• Well at Little Compton Fire Station Contaminated with PFAS (ecori.org) — Residents near Tiverton's Crandall Road face serious PFAS concerns, with more than 70 of 150 tested private wells exceeding state limits, making it the state's largest such contamination area this year. Nearby in Little Compton, officials also found PFAS in a non-drinking well at the fire station, prompting closer monitoring of local water sources and firefighting gear.
