• Electric Boat New England Institute Of Technology Announce Expansion Of Shipbuilding Training (ct.gov) — Warwick's New England Institute of Technology is tripling its Post Road campus training space to become Electric Boat's primary Rhode Island workforce hub, preparing thousands for submarine-building jobs. Backed by $45 million from the Navy and Electric Boat, the expanded SAIL facility will train about 3,000 new hires a year plus current workers, strengthening Warwick's role in the state's defense economy.
