Warwick Woman Wanted In Florida Apprehended: Police

WARWICK, RI — A Warwick woman wanted in Florida was apprehended in Rhode Island, police said.

Nicole Dimeo, 39, was wanted on a probation violation charge, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Dimeo was on probation for a dangerous drugs case, according to the release.

Dimeo was also wanted in Rhode Island on a warrant charging her with failing to appear in court for a drug case, the release said.

The Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Dimeo Wednesday, according to the release.

"Ms. Dimeo was taken into custody without incident and turned over to the Warwick Police Department," the release said.
