1. A Myrtle Beach brewery is set to open on its 3-acre campus next summer. What to expect (myrtlebeachonline.com) — A new Myrtle Beach brewery, 357 Brewers, has broken ground on a three-acre Intracoastal Waterway site and aims to open its 10,000-square-foot campus in summer 2027. Locals can expect indoor and outdoor dining, live music, event space, and a playground, all tied to a coastal-inspired kitchen and sister restaurant 357 Raw Coastal Bar at Grande Dunes Marina.
   

2. Construction underway for Myrtle Beach's first Raising Cane's location (wbtw.com) — Construction is moving forward on Myrtle Beach's first Raising Cane's, planned for 960 Jason Boulevard and currently under review by the city's Community Appearance Board for exterior lighting changes. While there's no opening date yet, this will replace Mount Pleasant as the closest location, giving local residents and visitors a new fast-casual option nearby.
   

3. More homes hit Horry County market as buyers become pickier (wbtw.com) — Myrtle Beach homebuyers are seeing more houses hit the Horry County market just as interest rates hover around 7%, making careful budgeting more important. Realtors say late September and early October are shaping up as a prime buying window, with rising inventory giving Grand Strand shoppers more choices but also encouraging them to be pickier about price and presentation.
   

4. Florida Georgia Line Confirms Huge Plans for 2027 (suggest.com) — Myrtle Beach's Carolina Country Music Fest is on Florida Georgia Line's 2027 reunion tour schedule, bringing the hit-making duo back together on the Grand Strand June 10–13. Fans in and around Myrtle Beach can look forward to seeing them alongside other yet-to-be-announced festival acts as the pair returns to major stages after several years of solo projects.
