3. Mitchell's cloudy tap water safe to drink, city officials say (mitchellrepublic.com) — If you’ve noticed cloudy water coming from your tap in Mitchell, city officials say it’s still safe to drink. The haze is caused by extra oxygen introduced after a recent B-Y waterline break repair and should clear if the water sits briefly in a glass.
