• New home for Sioux Falls Housing (keloland.com) — Sioux Falls residents who rely on housing assistance now have a new, more accessible location to visit, as the Sioux Falls Housing and Redevelopment Commission has moved to a larger space on West 53rd Street. The agency is adding more private meeting areas, a community room for classes like financial literacy and homeownership, and launching a $1 million "Frame the Future" capital campaign to sustain support services. 
• Outdoor Campus construction nearing completion (keloland.com) — An expanded Outdoor Campus in Sioux Falls is nearly ready, with new classrooms already hosting wildlife programs and a ribbon-cutting set for Nov. 5. Residents can look forward to an indoor archery range, upgraded bathrooms with an adult changing table, a game-processing space, birdwatching area, and a larger lobby with new exhibits, all aimed at getting more locals outdoors year-round.
• School Bus Inc. making one last push in Sioux Falls recruiting drive (dakotanewsnow.com) — A major school bus contractor is making a final push to hire more drivers and aides in Sioux Falls as the new school year approaches, offering paid CDL training and bonuses. Leaders say rapid growth in Sioux Falls-area districts and retirements are driving the shortage, and emphasize how these jobs directly support local kids' daily rides to and from school.
