Tune Into Good Character

My husband and I wrote a book together! This was a fun project!

Above is Behavior Bear, one of nine Characters of Character, an important trait to teach our children, model for our children and learn about with our children. While Behavior Bear clashes the cymbals, this character is also reminding us to be a symbol of good character. We have a blog post about teaching good behavior here.

This is another one of the nine characters, Do'er Duck teaching children about perseverance and to never give up! A truly impactful trait and plenty of life lessons to get there! I think that in life, once we step out of our comfort zone, take a chance and keep trying, the feeling of accomplishment is surreal as we look back to say, "I did it" and Do'er Duck says, "I knew you could!" These are just a few of our messages and because we are here in music country, we wanted to share! Kids relate to music and they relate to our characters. Bringing songs to life is on our bucket list, a work in progress if you will, but we'll start here, in a book, page by page making a difference one child at a time.
