The amendment affects redevelopment near the University of Memphis and keeps maps available for public review downtown by appointment.

University of Memphis, Ghana end scholarship partnership (actionnews5.com) — The University of Memphis has ended its scholarship partnership with Ghana after the country fell nearly $4 million behind on tuition payments.
