• Christina Taylor Reid, 87 (portcitydaily.com) — Oneida readers may notice that Christina Taylor Reid’s brother, George Bean Taylor, and his wife Janette live in Oneida and are among her surviving family. Reid, a longtime Wilmington, North Carolina resident, was a pioneering businesswoman, community volunteer, and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her memorial service will be held May 1 in Wilmington.
