Prosecutors say more pre-trial hearings are expected as lab results and evidence are finalized, while Anthony remains jailed in Stephens County on murder and evidence-tampering charges with bail totaling $1.6 million.

• Breckenridge family, estate awarded $143M in connection to New Mexico murder (bigcountryhomepage.com) — A Breckenridge family connected to the estate of Craig Thetford has been awarded $143 million in a Stephens County judgment related to his 2025 killing in New Mexico. Thetford’s mother, daughter, granddaughter and estate will share the award, while his wife Deana, who pleaded guilty to his murder and related charges, is barred from inheriting and owes the money with accruing interest.
