• KGSR's Legacy AAA Moves & Rebrands Ahead Of Sale (radioinsight.com) — A well-known Austin-area radio signal licensed to Cedar Park, 93.3 KGSR, is being sold to Norsan Media, prompting its longtime AAA format to shift and rebrand as "Radio Austin" on a new HD frequency. The station's music lineup and on-air personalities remain in place on HD and streaming, even as the KGSR call letters and 93.3 frequency change hands. 
• Panther volleyball sweeps Austin High in home opener (kdhnews.com) — Liberty Hill volleyball is surging after last year's playoff loss to Cedar Park, opening their home schedule with a dominant 3–0 sweep of previously undefeated Austin High.
