The first album that acclaimed vocalist-pianist Tony DeSare ever bought with his own money was Billy Joel’s Storm Front. Decades later, DeSare is joining forces with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra for a fiery tribute to the Piano Man himself. DeSare’s infectious joy, wry playfulness and robust musicality channel the wit and warmth that made Billy Joel’s songs timeless classics. Featuring favorites including “Only the Good Die Young,” “Just the Way You Are,” “Piano Man,” “New York State of Mind” and more, join the DSO for this journey through the music, stories and legacy of Billy Joel.
