• Subdivision Replat Hearings (helotes-tx.gov) — Helotes residents will soon have a chance to comment on a proposed replat of a 7.57-acre tract in Helotes Ranch Acres into the new Duerler Subdivision. Public hearings are set for July 7 and July 9 at City Hall, where you can review the plat, see staff reports, and sign up to speak or watch online.
