• 3 men accused of targeting credit cards at Hewitt gas station, police say (kwtx.com) — Credit card skimming devices were found on two pumps at the Circle K on Spring Valley Road in Hewitt after an investigator watched three men repeatedly access the payment terminals. Police say similar devices have been placed at Circle K locations around McLennan County and across Texas, and the three suspects now face organized criminal activity and related charges.
