• Humble ISD trustees approve flat tax rate for FY 2026-27 (communityimpact.com) — If you own property in Humble ISD, your tax rate will stay at $1.1052 per $100 valuation for the 2026-27 fiscal year, though rising home values mean many bills will still increase. On an average-value home, the district projects about a $28 jump in the annual tax bill.
