• Parole denied for man who pleaded guilty in 2003 Texarkana triple murder (kltv.com) — Huntsville-based state prison officials have denied parole for an inmate involved in a notorious 2003 triple murder at a Texarkana Outback Steakhouse, citing the violent nature of the crime. The man, who pleaded guilty to capital murder, won’t be eligible for parole review again until 2031, while his co-defendant remains ineligible for parole under a life sentence.
