(lmtonline.com) — Buck Wild Animal Rescue & Wildlife Rehab in Ingram is now the only Kerr County facility still taking injured or orphaned warm-blooded wildlife as New World screwworm cases trigger strict movement restrictions. Another Kerrville shelter has halted wildlife intakes, meaning more animals may be euthanized unless volunteers and donations help Ingram’s rescue handle the surge.
