Vicente Gonzalez urges colleagues to fund a modern Pass & Tag building and a replacement fire station. He argues these upgrades, along with protecting jobs at Corpus Christi Army Depot, are vital to Kingsville’s safety, security, and local economy.
   

• R-F's Wood captures three gold medals at area meet (southtexasnews.com) — Kingsville’s Javelina Stadium will host the Region IV-4A track meet May 1–2, bringing top high school athletes into town. Rockport-Fulton’s Logann Wood led the way at the area meet with three gold medals and four regional qualifications, alongside several teammates who also punched their tickets to compete in Kingsville.
