The City of Pflugerville has two new rebate programs for conserving water. The Rainwater Harvesting Rebate program is for the purchase an installation of rainwater harvesting systems. Rainwater harvesting is a great way to lower irrigation costs and stress on Pflugerville's water system, and this rebate will replace our current rain barrel program.
