• Lennar buys homesites at Centurion American's Princeton development (therealdeal.com) — A major homebuilder just bought 15 lots in Princeton’s massive Whitewing Trails community, signaling more new homes on the city’s rapidly growing northwest side. With 2,000 lots already developed and more phases planned, this project is reshaping local housing options as Princeton continues to rank among the fastest-growing cities in the country. 
• Panthers advance 7 to area track meet (princetonherald.com subscription) — Princeton High School’s track and field athletes are heading to the area meet after qualifying in seven events at the District 6-6A competition in Murphy. Standout junior Sydney Smith claimed two district titles, while several Panthers, including multi-event qualifier Aiden Rutledge, helped power strong relay and individual performances that keep Princeton well represented in the next round.
