• Pipeline break threatens water supply across Central Texas communities (undergroundinfrastructure.com) — Rogers residents are being urged to sharply cut water use after a major pipeline failure near the Leon River Bridge disrupted supplies to several Central Texas communities. Crews are installing a temporary bypass and planning a new line under the river, but there’s no firm repair timeline yet, so limiting outdoor watering, car washing, and other non-essential uses is critical.
