• Austin Community College raises property tax rate, but average bill will go down (dallasnews.com) — Homeowners in Round Rock ISD will see their Austin Community College property tax bills drop about 2.2% this year, even though ACC slightly raised its tax rate to $0.103643 per $100 of value. Because local property values dipped, the average homeowner in the district will pay around $557, as ACC balances affordability with funding for workforce training and bond projects.
