• Rockwall County 4-H Member Recognized for State Level Photography Achievements (blueribbonnews.com) — A Royse City 4-H member, Rheyanna Jones, has earned top state honors in the Texas 4-H Photography contest and was named a Texas 4-H Photography Ambassador during events in College Station. Her award-winning photo was taken at Rockwall Harbor, and she’ll now help lead photography workshops, service projects, and training opportunities for youth across the state.
