• AT&T's Texas Outage Peaked Near 1,700 Reports; Nationwide Evidence Is Missing (ts2.tech) — AT&T customers in Spring experienced part of a significant Labor Day internet disruption, with Spring listed among the hardest-hit Texas clusters alongside Houston and Austin. While reports peaked near 1,700 statewide, monitors found no evidence of a nationwide outage, and AT&T had not yet explained the cause or full restoration timeline. 
• Almaraz, Sitachitta Named SCAC Players of the Week (seguintoday.com) — A Texas Lutheran University women's soccer standout from Spring junior defender Monica Sitachitta, has been named SCAC Defensive Player of the Week after anchoring two strong performances, including a shutout. Paired with freshman scorer Naiema Almaraz's offensive award, the duo gave TLU a clean sweep of the conference's first weekly honors of the 2026 season.
