With 1,200 survey responses and hundreds of comments to review, the group will refine recommendations on how these key public spaces should serve West U’s changing needs.

• University Park Makes New Ranking of America's Wealthiest Suburbs (peoplenewspapers.com) — West University Place ranks second in Texas and near the very top nationally in a new MoneyLion list of America’s wealthiest suburbs, with an average 2024 household income above $439,000. The ranking, based on recent Census data, compares affluent suburbs across the country and highlights how West U stacks up against places like Scarsdale, Los Altos, and University Park.
