• Precelia Giles Brown (Sissie) - November 8, 1931 to April 12, 2026 (94) - The Voice of Cuero,Texas (cueroonlinenews.com) — Family and friends in Yoakum and nearby communities are mourning Precelia “Sissie” Brown, born in the Pleasant Grove community of Yoakum and a graduate of Asberry High School. Her obituary honors a lifetime of faith, service in Cuero schools and Victoria’s Mt. Nebo Baptist Church, and invites the community to visitation and funeral services on Saturday, April 18.
