You're not alone &amp; it can change.Join us for a therapeutic yoga workshop designed to address stress and strain in the upper body caused by modern posture habits like phone use, computer work, and tension holding. Learn practical, accessible tools to:- Relieve pain and chronic tension- Improve head, neck, and shoulder alignment- Release stress patterns held in the shoulders and upper back- Support healthy posture throughout your day- Refine your yoga practice safer, more effective, and better aligned with your body’s needs
This workshop blends yoga therapy principles, functional movement, and mindfulness. No experience necessary, all are welcome. Price includes a personal foam roller to use in class and take home for continued practice.

The Warm-Up: We begin with rhythmic mobility movements to prepare your muscles and joints for the dance ahead.
The Cardio Core: You will learn easy-to-follow, repetitive choreography that gets your heart rate up and keeps you burning calories while you have fun. Expect a mix of traditional Bhangra steps combined with iconic Bollywood dance flare.
The Cool-Down: We slow the tempo with rhythmic stretching, focusing on lengthening the muscles used during the workout to improve your flexibility and aid recovery.
